Fish Island Plantation Fish Island Plantation is a proposed community to be built around an archaeological site near historic downtown St. Augustine. Marquis Halback, Inc., worked extensively on the master planning, approval process, landscape architecture, and theme development for the project. MHI’s efforts to protect large areas of wetlands and trees help to create a community that is nestled within its surroundings. Townhomes, estate lots, an archaeological park, and a community boat dock are all a part of this master planned community. |
