Sea Grove Neighborhood Park Marquis Halback, Inc. was hired to design St. Augustine Beach’s newest residential property amenity and neighborhood park. The Sea Grove Swimming Amenity Park is the central recreational element, providing an open-air community pavilion, swimming pool, restroom, fishing bridge and model boat landing area. MHI assisted in the theme development, design and construction documents of all park features. Bright colors and coquina accents give this project an island attitude.
