Town Center at Palm Coast Marquis Halback, Inc., is working on multiple projects in the new Town Center at Palm Coast. Most projects are in the “urban core,” which is a dense, multi-use area. City Place is a collection of 6 story buildings with nearly 100 residential units atop first-floor commercial retail, restaurant and office space. Adjacent to the project are Alexir Spa and Fitness Complex, complete with a European-style resort pool. The neighboring City Centre is a large office building with first-floor retail and restuarants. A small boutique hotel provides wonderful settings for recreation as well as weddings and other special events. |
