This concept assumes that the roadway is largely to remain untouched, with
the exception of resurfacing, restriping, and streetscaping the corridor.
The road can be reprogrammed to make the left lane an extended queuing space
for the Bridge of Lions, while directing thru-traffic to the right lane.
