Experience Centuries of St. Augustine

Marquis Latimer + Halback, Inc. worked for nearly two years with Pat Croce & Company and the University of Florida to transform approximately 2 acres of downtown St. Augustine into an interpretive, immersive environment that tells the story of the Nation’s Oldest City. Four quadrants transport visitors from the founding of St. Augustine in the 16th century to the 18th century British period, when Florida was the "14th Colony." ADA-accessible coquina pathways pass through period gardens, while quadrant-specific lighting, fencing, and buffers help each quadrant to feel like a separate experience. ML+H provided full master planning through construction observation for this unique project.
