Legacy Beneath the Stars

Redeveloped as a cultural and heritage destination, the new 4,500-seat outdoor performing arts amphitheatre was originally built as the home of the State play ‘Cross & Sword’. The facility includes a 15,000 sq. ft stage and back of house structure, partial covered seating, and patron services facilities. The site is sculpted into live coastal oaks and includes an interpretive arboretum. As the prime consultant, Marquis Latimer + Halback, Inc. provided a program, master plan, theme development, complete construction documents and construction observation.
